Deadline for the Artistic Aptitude Test for Music Education majors.
First Cycle Studies
Candidates for admission to the Artistic Education in the Field of Music should have appropriate abilities, skills and musical preparation necessary to enroll in this field of study. The criteria include evaluation of aural, vocal, manual aptitude and performance of an instrumental program.
Artistic aptitude test:
Assessment of voice, hearing and manual aptitude:
- Performance of 1-3 pieces on an instrument of the candidate’s choice,
- performance of one vocal piece without instrument,
- musical ear test
Graduates of second-level music schools are exempted from the aptitude test. The diploma of the second degree music school must be submitted on the day of the aptitude test.
Second Cycle Studies
Artistic aptitude test (for graduates of other music and musicology majors with musical preparation):
- vocal aptitude evaluation: two unaccompanied vocal pieces,
- manual skills evaluation: performing three pieces on the piano (or other keyboard instrument),
- conducting two choral pieces (for audio recording).
