Application deadlines for a place in UJK student dormitories for the 2026/2027 academic year
1. From May 1, 2026 to June 16, 2026 – for continuing students; ;
2. From July 15, 2026 to July 31, 2026 – for students starting their studies at UJK – first round;
3. From September 1, 2026 to September 20, 2026 – for students starting their studies at UJK – second round.
Applications for a place in UJK student dormitories for the 2026/2027 academic year
1. Applications for a place in a student dormitory should be submitted to the Student Dormitory Service Section, room 04,
in the “Łącznik” Dormitory, 15A Śląska Street, Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.,
or sent by registered mail to the following address:
Student Dormitory Service Section, ul. Śląska 15A, 25-328 Kielce.

Additional information
1. Information about being granted a place in a student dormitory can be obtained at the dormitory indicated in the application, at the Student Dormitory Service Section, or will be sent to the email address provided in the application.
Persons who have been granted a place in a student dormitory are required to confirm their intention to move in by email to: domy.studenta@ujk.edu.pl or in person at the Student Dormitory Service Section by the following deadlines:
a/ August 31 – confirmation by persons who received a place in the first and second allocation rounds;
b/ September 28 – confirmation by persons who received a place in the third allocation round.
