The new HR Excellence in Research website has been launched and is currently being expanded with full documentation and detailed pillar-level content. Additional materials will be added on an ongoing basis to provide comprehensive access to all relevant procedures, reports, and institutional policies.
This pillar reflects UJK’s commitment to providing stable, safe, and equitable working conditions for all researchers. Institutional policies guarantee transparent employment conditions, legal clarity, and support for open and responsible research practices. Researchers are encouraged to participate in governance, contribute to public engagement, and apply sustainable practices in line with the European Green Deal. These measures aim to foster a supportive, inclusive, and high-quality research environment across all disciplines.
